The renovation of the Powerspex branch in Veenendaal is right on schedule. The outside is already finished, inside is being worked hard.
The building at Wildeman 2 is undergoing a major renovation and is being completely preserved.
The renovation is making good progress, says workshop manager Alen Ajkunic: "The upstairs office area has been fitted with a floor with underfloor heating and the walls have been installed. They are now being plastered. The workshop downstairs is just about ready. The mezzanine is in place, now the floor. In the downstairs office, the floor is ready, the walls are yet to be placed."
The biggest change is currently visible on the outside of the premises. "That one is already finished and you hardly recognize it anymore. The facade has new plates and has taken on a completely different look."
If all goes according to plan, the renovation will be completely finished on June 1. Until then, Powerspex Veenendaal is temporarily located at Gildetrom 26.
