Dynamita develops advanced software for dynamic simulation and Digital Twin applications in the water and wastewater sector, including SUMO, Dynamizu, and Qassandra.

As a reseller for the Benelux, Powerspex is the point of contact for information on Dynamita products, licenses, and first-line technical support.

EMT Elektro is our regional partner in the Western Balkans. From Brčko in Bosnia and Herzegovina, EMT handles automation projects, ranging from hardware design and panel building to software development and commissioning. We support each other on projects and exchange knowledge and capacity when necessary. Due to similarities in our working methods, technical expertise, and corporate values, the collaboration has the character of a sister-company relationship. Since 2024, EMT has also been the primary point of contact for PsxCad customers in the region, providing additional technical knowledge and support.

Together, we worked on a PsxCad simulation of a galvanizing line in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Here, three overhead cranes move materials past 38 process baths, each with its own treatment routes and processing times. The limited availability of baths and overlapping crane operating areas make the control system complex. Through the simulation, we investigated the interdependencies, identified bottlenecks, and tested the PLC control. This provided the client with a basis to make targeted improvements to crane coordination and material flow.

Ondersteuning en monitoring op afstand Met IXON kunnen onze engineers op afstand verbinding maken met uw PLC of HMI om storingen te onderzoeken en waar mogelijk softwareaanpassingen uit te voeren. Zo is niet voor iedere diagnose of aanpassing een bezoek nodig. Daarnaast kunnen we procesgegevens beschikbaar maken voor monitoring en automatische meldingen instellen bij afwijkingen. Koppeling van een e-boiler aan de elektriciteitsmarkt Voor een klant realiseerden we met IXON een koppeling tussen een e-boiler en de systemen van een Balancing Service Provider (BSP). Via deze verbinding wisselen de besturing van de e-boiler en de BSP procesgegevens en stuursignalen uit. Daarmee kan de BSP de inzet van de e-boiler coördineren om vraag en aanbod op het elektriciteitsnet in balans te helpen houden.
