This privacy statement applies to the website powerspex.nl. The data controller is:

2. What data we process and why
Contact form. When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message, and, if you provide them, your phone number and company name. We use these details solely to answer your enquiry and to contact you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your request and, where it leads to an assignment, the performance of the contract.
Technical data. On every visit, our hosting provider briefly processes your IP address and technical details about your browser in order to display and secure the website, including protecting the contact form against abuse. These details are not used to track or profile you.
What we do not do. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or social media buttons that track you. We make no automated decisions about you and do not build profiles.
3. Cookies
Powerspex.nl sets one cookie: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language choice (Dutch, English or German). This is a functional cookie needed to show the website in your language; no consent is required for it. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies.
4. Who we share data with
We never sell your data. To run the website we use the following processors, with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement:
Vercel Inc. – hosting of the website (IP address, technical logs).
Resend Inc. – delivery of the email from the contact form (form contents).
Microsoft (Microsoft 365) – our business mailbox where your message arrives.
Sanity AS – management of the website content; processes no visitor data.
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this is done on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
We keep messages sent via the contact form in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and afterwards for no longer than [enter retention period, e.g. 1 year]. If your message leads to an assignment, we keep the correspondence as part of the project file in line with statutory retention periods. The hosting provider’s technical logs are deleted automatically after a short time.
6. Security
The website is only available over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The contact form is protected against abuse and automated submissions. Access to our mailbox and systems is limited to the staff handling your enquiry.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to receive your data in a common file format. Send your request to mail@powerspex.nl; we respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Other websites
Our website may contain links to other websites, including our careers site and LinkedIn. This privacy statement does not apply to those websites; please consult their own privacy statements.
